The restaurant is cute! My favorite item on the menu is the mango sticky rice! It's amazing for when I'm too lazy to make my own. The also have really good curry!

Perfect for a vegan boozer, a cocktail connoisseur, or just someone that likes great Thai food. My wife and I love Mai Thai and it is our go to date night spot in downtown. The new vegan menu has a ton of options, our top two being the Pad Prik Khing and both the yellow and green curries. Coconut rice is a lovely aromatic option for all entrees. From what I've heard, the drink menu has been a standout for years and I try two different drinks each time I come to Mai Thai and haven't had a bad drink yet.  Check out the presentation on Big Pharma! Loved everything. Happy hour is all day on Sundays. Took advantage of two for one cocktails and had a variety of tasty tonics, including a Singapore Sling and a Zombie. Our server, Tyler was very helpful in steering us towards drinks and entrees and did not disappoint. Our meals were Cashew Chicken and massaman curry with brisket. My wife loved her chicken, which was presented in a tower next to the rice. My curry was pretty too and full of vibrant flavors. Plenty of heat, but not overpowering. Great experience, all around. A must stop for lunch.  The buffet is great.  I took my daughter from Boise High School and had seventeen minutes to eat.  Went straight to buffet and the staff had drinks lined up with bill ready .  Got my daughter back to school with two minutes to spare.  Thanks, Mai Thai.  Spoiled with great food and awesome staff. I LOVE this place! The environment is so beautiful and well lit. Every time I come here, it's always a pleasant experience. I have ordered off the menu before, but I really prefer the buffet in the back room. They have a variety of foods every time you come in. Everything is so delicious. It's great to try new dishes. I don't recommend bringing young kids, but in the event you do, they also enjoy the food, especially the noodles. Don't just come here for dinner. Lunch is a great time to come also. They also have a pretty good drink menu as well. The bartenders that I have had each time make everything really well, with plenty of flavor and not too watered down. More...

I was there on Monday with a few friends. I really enjoy all the food. It was so delicious. But the best part was our server TYLER. Was awesome.. This review is for TO-GO, DELIVERY, AND PREORDER EXPERIENCES ONLY. I always get to-go. The restaurant is beautiful, as I've seen. I eat their vegan option foods. Bomb ! The Mango Sticky Rice has an interesting twist, it's actually really excessive and a complete deviation from the traditional dessert, but it's very good. The prices are great. If you've never had Jackfruit and would like a taste, this restaurant serves a Jackfruit "sushi" roll and it's really good. Service is unusually quick as well. My experiences have been wonderful.
