Magnolia Mansion

So glad we stayed here! The staff was adorable and so helpful. This is not for the typical New Orleans "party-ers"but if you want to discover hidden pubs, tour neighborhoods and cemeteries, and find both great casual and fine dining spots, this is your place.

I absolutely loved this place. History was everywhere. I snuggled so good in the bedding. It smelled so clean. The staff was so helpful with everything. No parking fees. That's almost unheard of in New Orleans. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for my wonderful memories. More...

I was very happy with my stay.. There was something wrong with the A/C in the room I was supposed to stay in. (I was supposed to be in a courtyard) but they upgraded me to the mini corporate suite, inside the mansion itself. Beautiful place!!

Read all the horrible reviews, decided none sounded legitimate and booked a night. Great place, walking distance to the area I needed. Room was huge, clean and had character. We were the only ones staying there on a Saturday night which was surprising. Sure there was no parking but I was able to find street parking about 25 feet from property. There is also no breakfast or restaurant but we knew that prior to booking. Besides who wants to eat in a hotel when you are in NOLA. Great value and awesome place, will stay there again More...

Magnolia Mansion is a beautiful old home with lots of old world charm on the inside. It’s in a great location, just one block from St Charles. We never had a problem finding parking on the street in front of the mansion. The living and dining rooms are historic and very elegant. Coffee and tea were available, but no continental breakfast or food of any kind. Our room (the Storyville Room) was quiet, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.
