Given his experience with speaking,
he was very helpful in helping me formulate a presentation topic and honing my
presentation skills. While initially I was hesitant to take on this presentation, he was very

What do you love most about your job?
I love it when clients develop new and powerful forms of confidence to shatter old barriers. In my work I've seen, relationships improve and families get closer, which is often secondary to positive affects life increased income and satisfaction at work. My contribution to this type of personal development gives me a deep sense of fulfillment and allows me to connect more closely with my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of leadership in the Marine Corps and corporate America, I realized that my true passion lie in personal development and helping people to become the best versions of themselves. Becoming a leadership development coach has provided me such as incredible opportunity to help impact individuals every single day.
