Peter was flexible and polite willing to listen and cater his services to our party. He is willing to do a variety of 'extras' and will do more or less as needed to keep the party fun for your guests. Our party was a dance party for a bunch of 40 year olds and he was able to primarily stick to the birthday girls' requests but also accommodate requests from others and took some memorable photos to boot. Peter was very helpful leading up to the wedding in helping nail down a timeline and get a plan together. On the day itself there were a few last minute changes that had to happen and Peter helped lead out the change and made the sand pouring ceremony still a success for us.
The music throughout the night worked well for us and our guests. It was a special moment when my little brother got stupefied by some of the magic tricks around the end.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Listening to the clientele. What I've learned is during the cocktail hour, I'll go around and get requests from the guest. I already know what the Bride and Groom want/DO NOT WANT from our visits. I'm fun, enjoy being an entertainer, was a former US Navy Bandsman, been playing the trumpet since I was 4. I DO NOT DRINK, SMOKE, or hit on guests or the bridesmaids. Yeah, I've seen that and it's completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I keep the party going by having all the songs I need and download or play from online INSTANTLY with Virtual DJ and can take request from any phone with my URL that will come directly to my computer automation system.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I'm a complete entertainer. I do close up magic and have been a magician since I was 14. I love interacting with people, but I am NOT obnoxious or in your face. I have a booming voice, and being a DJ since 1989, I believe that I have what it takes. I do more LISTENING than talking and actually get out there and lead dances. Yes, even at my age, I can still get it going.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy and remembering what I've done to make a difference. You see, people at weddings remember three things, the food, DJ and music. The DJ is there from Downbeat to "It's a Wrap!" The food is temporary and the dancing is all night and the music is always going. I want to make people smile and I do believe that one man, one person can make a difference. If you tell people about my services then because of how much you were affected by how I made your event special, then, I've done my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The DJ at my first wedding with my late wife, in 1989 was SO BAD that it got me thinking, I can do so much more. I was in the US Navy Band in Guam and started a Jazz Band while aboard the USS Yellowstone AD-41. I love making music as much as my late grandfather Salvatore Vincenzo Petisi did in the 1920's playing in the speakeasy's with his big band. He was the one who started me on the trumpet when I was 4 years old playing by ear to Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass.
Why should our clients choose you?
Don't! Yep, you read correctly, DO NOT choose me! I want you to meet two other companies and then when you've had enough, call me. You don't choose me, you desire EXCELLENCE and PROFESSIONALISM. I desire that your special day MUST BE RIGHT! You don't want a DJ who is smoking, dressed badly, doesn't have good mic presences, doesn't play the music YOU want and hijacks the event by playing only music she or he likes. You don't want a DJ who'll CHARGE you for dinner and cocktail music and only play for dancing. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT choose me. Choose wisely, not poorly. Your event has only once chance to be RIGHT and it's the ONLY day you get. I do it right, because you demand it to be so. Shall we begin?

I've never heard of remote DJ'ing. What's that? OMG! No, I perform LIVE ONLY. All my consultations are IN PERSON, unless you're hundreds of miles away.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my equipment is cleaned, I wear a mask if I'm close to people, I'm fully vaccinated and have both boosters and plan to get another booster by October. I have NOT had COVID and staying safe has proven to be successful. I do not all people to use my equipment or mics without first cleaning them. I'll bring wipes with me and hand sanitizer. I'll keep at least 6' from people wherever possible.
