We did an Easter season today with our twins. This was the easiest photo session I ever had and i couldn’t believe how my daughter warmed up so quickly. She literally was in awe and was posing and smiling and you could really tell this was a memorable experience for them. The staff, the bunny and the room decor was outstanding! We had an amazing Easter bunny experience. I literally loved every single photo that was taken and my Kids had a blast. They even managed to get a great shot with my littlest one in it who was afraid of the Easter bunny!

Magical Encounters was an absolute amazing experience! We had our sons Easter Pictures taken here and the entire building was decorated so nicely, but the sets for the photos were stunning! We just brought our kids to meet the Easter Bunny at Magical Encounters. What an amazing experience. My wife and I started crying when it all began. No long lines, no stress, no just shoving our kids on a strangers lap and pleading for a smile, this was truly a magical experience. My 3 year old couldn’t wipe the smile off his face the entire time, and they even got some smiles out of my 1 year old. We just had our magical time with Santa! It was beyond our expectations and was just truly amazing. They made sure everything was placed and had special specific things for our family. We even brought our elves they incorporated throughout the time. My kids were in awe the entire way through. When we asked our daughter, who is 6 what her favorite part was she said, “I don’t have one favorite part... it was all the best ever!” We can’t wait to see the pictures! Such a wonderful experience for the whole family. From the smells to the scenery, no detail was missed. Magical Encounters is an unforgettable experience. From the moment you pull up to the house, it is breathtaking. We were all in awe of everything. Everything is real. Our Magical Encounters experience exceeded our expectations. We told our children we were going to one of Santa’s homes and it literally felt that way from the moment we pulled up. The decor was done perfectly with modern and vintage toys. The staff kept the children happily engaged. Santa was the real deal and excellent with the kids. A “magical encounter” is EXACTLY what it was. We felt like we fell right into the pages of an old Christmas storybook. My kids lost most of their toys when our entire basement (their playroom) flooded with almost 6” of water 2 days prior. .. Santa assured them that he knew what happened and that the elves were working hard to replace them. Brought me to tears to see the magic in their eyes. Everything was perfect, beginning to end. We had the best experience this past weekend at Magical Encounters! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the photographers were amazing with our boys. My youngest was terrified of Santa when we first arrived (as he is with all characters or people in costume) and the staff did everything to try to make him comfortable. By the time the experience was over we literally had to drag him out to get him to leave. My older boys couldn’t stop talking about it after we left! Magical Encounters was wonderful with my 2 girls. We took this past weekend to meet Santa and my 15month old doesn't like strangers so her seeing Santa was very scary for her but the "elves" helped calm her down, my husband and wound up leaving the room and she didn't notice. they didn't force her into pictures with Santa but let her go towards him on her own coaxing her with some toys and wound up getting her in some of the pictures with her older sister and Santa. We can't wait to see them when they are finished editing them. We can't wait to do this again next year with them and hopefully have both kids loving Santa! I will never go to see Santa at the mall again! What an amazing experience. My children got to visit with Santa in his beautiful workshop. We were all alone! No line, no chaos, no tears ! The kids were enthralled and Santa took so much time with them. No rushed visit while fighting tears and nerves. My encounter with this wonderful Group of human beings was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough of the absolute kindness, professionalism and extraordinary nature of this experience. my children were amazed, enlightened and frankly stunned at the magic of this encounter with Santa. Aside from the perfection of the Christmas scenery, Santa, his elves and the individuals that work at Magical Encounters, our family was grateful for the wonderful opportunity to take photos with our beloved daughter, who passed away at the age of 5-1/2. Photographs taken as a family are very challenging when a family loses a child, and a lot of times, photos taken in public can be difficult when trying to incorporate a frame of a deceased child. My husband and I are thankful to Kelly Noto, Jason Noto, John Fierro, Toni Ann Wallace, Sabrina Matera,and Jordyn who made this experience outstanding and unlike anything ever experienced before.
