What a great little spot right next to Magic Sands Beach. Easy menu with a variety. I chose the Reuben. It arrived with a perfect toast on the unique ulu bread. One bite in and I was hooked. The cheese was perfectly melted and the corned beef was trim and full of flavor. It was also served with a side of unique waffle looking chips I’ve never seen before that were soooo good. The young lady (Valerie) who took the order was such a pleasant and knowledgeable person regarding the food and the island. I love me a good hole in the wall place that gives the best food and service. Magic’s Beach Grill is now on my list of great finds. More...

What they do they do REALLY well. Had wonderful Ruben with ulu one day and returned with other friends 6.9 earthquake Friday for delicious burger with local grass fed beef, remarkable taste and texture: was unsure of fig jam & brie cheese but onolicious combination. Aaron and I stopped by for lunch and it was amazing! First of all, everything is fresh and from the islands! Aaron had the “ burger of the week” which consisted of local beef and fresh eel.
As strange as it’s sounds, it was absolutely delish!
I ordered a cheeseburger with ‘ulu fries. OMG, who ever thought about frying bread fruit sliced into French fries is genius! So TASTY!
The view is to die for, located right next to Magic Sands beach. Service was outstanding and fun!
Prices are totally reasonable.
This is a new business in Kona and after today’s experience, we will definitely be back!
