Renter Friendly Design
If you are looking to invest in some longer term furniture and finishes that you will move with you next time, and also add smaller design changes that won't hurt your deposit I will make you a concept board, a source list, and a floor plan based off of your exact measurements. Essentially making a more refined and "adult" home without having to own. $200 per room (areas for apartments)
Pre Contract Estimates
If you are a homeowner and you are going to be remodeling, or removing/replacing FF&E (removing carpet and adding LVP) and you want to get a general cost estimate or a couple of scaled cost estimates before you go shopping for contractors and companies, the companies typically will not create a proposal for you until you have signed a contract with them. I will create a detailed estimate using current and local vendor/installer options and prices with no contract or obligation to use me as your designer. $50 per room (areas for apartments)
Virtual Staging
I am extremely efficient in 3D modeling and have been acknowledged for my rendering skills. I can create virtually staged images for Real Estate agents and multi family portfolio managers. The staged images will be to-scale using the exact measurements of the property and I also have the ability to add in city/mountain views, sunset/sunrise views, and twilight renderings. $75 per room
