The essence of a great website is providing the correct information to the correct user at the correct time. Of course, that's easier said than done. In order to accomplish that, you must have a very good understanding of who will be using your website and why, because not all websites and businesses are created equal. Doing your research before you even begin to design a website usually means you're off to a good start.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Tell me about your business! Who are your customers? How do they find you? What questions do you ask them? Those answers provide the best insight on how to move forward!
What do you love most about your job?
I love learning about other people's businesses, understanding how they operate, observing their relationship with their customers, and then significantly contributing to the online portion of their business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I actually started out because my wife launched a business and needed a website, and I set out to build it for her. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was building websites for other businesses too. That was in 2010, and since then, I’ve built dozens of websites for business and organizations from practically every industry. I never knew I would enjoy learning about other businesses and helping them connect with their customers online. Now with a growing team, Made Right Media is a digital agency that thrives on seeing our clients succeed.
