I joined Mad Mare on Dec 16th, 2020. Since then, I have attended the gym's workouts nearly every day. As a result, I have lost 15 lbs since then, and have never felt healthier and happier in my life. The gym's atmosphere has made my daily hour of fitness the best part of my day. If you are in the area and want a challenging but fun workout every day, Mad Mare is the place to be.Mad Mare is owned by a great owner and is run by a supportive staff. The patrons that attend workouts are incredibly supportive as well, and they welcomed me from the moment I entered the gym. The supportive nature of everyone truly makes the gym a community.The gym is kept clean, organized, and well-supervised by awesome and professional trainers. I help my clients by giving them a clear path to fitness with instruction and motivation along the way.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to achieving the "body of your dreams". It takes hard work and consistency in both the kitchen as well as the gym. Once clients understand that "you cannot out exercise a poor diet", then things start clicking.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals. Watching people grow over time and become more focused as they see small changes in their bodies and energy levels, and hearing feedback makes being a trainer the best job on the planet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to spend more time with my kids and be the guide on my own path to success.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I care. I care about my clients and their goals instead of just "adding them to a list". Every client is an individual with different needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take special care to remain socially distant, but are also smart about staying home when not feeling 100%.
