I absolutely loved Mad Bull BBQ! I feel spoiled to have experienced such a luxury. The ribs were so tender and juicy(my 9 month old would agree) and the sides (greens, Mac &cheese, cornbread, and slaw) were incredible. This weekend I had the honor of experiencing Mad Bull BBQ for a catered event. The ribs were “Dollar Store” knife tender(and had the tips on them). The sausage was made with premium meats and were seasoned well. THE SIDES: greens, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and Cole slaw were done perfectly. It was reminiscent of good ol’ southern style cooking made with love. That mustard sauce was to die for…and there was even a honey glaze for the cornbread. Highly recommend… 10/10 More...
