Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do. No fitness regimen can succeed without proper nutritional habits, which is why any fitness program should start with what you eat and how you eat first.

We promote a nutrition-first based philosophy and utilize macronutrient tracking, instead of diets, to help individuals achieve their goals. While exercise is important and can speed up results, weight loss can be achieved entirely with nutrition, without eating "clean", foods you dislike, or drastic dieting.

Establishing a healthy mindset towards whole-food eating and behaviors that move you closer to that goal.

I love helping others discover how easy it is to lose weight without going on a diet, and how they can make steady weight loss or muscle gain goals with easy-to-do tracking.

The fitness and nutrition industry is filled with deceitful practices, worthless supplements, and hazardous dieting techniques. The world of proper nutrition & fitness offers hope, success, and happiness that everyone should be able to experience. After achieving success in helping others via personal training in a gym setting, I decided to expand my outreach and help others outside of the military and outside of the gym in order to help more people.

I’ve trained military service members both on land and sea, and over numerous deployments. I know how to adjust and assess for any challenges that my client will face on the road to better health.

Yes, all my services are provided online & remotely via my nutrition and fitness app. You'll have a 'coach in your pocket' 24/7, with the ability to communicate with me, access your nutrition plan, workout regimen, exercise videos, and more.

Since my services are entirely remove, there are no dangers with my services. Additionally, I am able to build bodyweight-only programs and nutrition regimens for individuals without access to a gym, or for those who do not wish to access a gym.
