Amazing! Simply amazing! Tye has a perfect balance between being the trainer/coach and that person cheering you on from the sideline. He is professional, in tune with what's happening with you, educated and well versed enough to make changes on the spot. He allows me to push myself, but wise enough to keep me from hurting myself. He's also humorous (which is perfect for someone like me). I've seen major strides in my performance and abilities since meeting him. I have been trained by Tyler over the past few years and he has been a great coach to guide me back into my fitness journey. You want a trainer that honestly cares about his clients? Someone who is able to adjust in the midst of a session? Someone who is patient and will push you? Ty is it. I have been training with Ty for a year and a half and I can honestly say that I have gone farther training with him than my prior trainer. If you have goals, he will hold you accountable will exercising said patience. He has a sense of humor to boot.
