Amazing! Simply amazing! Tye has a perfect balance between being the trainer/coach and that person cheering you on from the sideline. Through the use of our online strength training platform, we are able to prescribe detailed programs to suit the needs of those looking to build strength, live healthier and grow more confident.
In addition to our online programming platform clients have direct access to our head strength coach. Here we believe in keeping the lines of communication open to better serve our clientele. Any and all questions will be answered regarding client programming and methodology through our initial online assessment as well as through our text chain.

We handle all clients online and remotely. We use an app called Teambuildr to track workouts and keep in contact with our clientele.
Programs are built out in 4-weeks increments and are fully explained during coaching calls.

Each client receives personalized nutrition coaching that accomplishes their body composition goals.
Online Personal Training
Personalized online training tailored to your individual needs. Programs are provided via email in PDF/Google Sheets.
Weekly follow-ups and form reviews are provided as well.
