Super friendly and knowledgeable. I just had my second visit with Monica the massage therapist on site. Monica is very knowledgeable, gentle and easy to connect with. She was able to help me with my back pain and I felt super relaxed after our session. Her prices are very reasonable and there is parking on site. If you ever take a bootcamp class or a personal training session there, don’t forget and schedule a session with her. Thank you again! More...

Who would have thought that by attending one babes bootcamp workshop would lead to such a positive influence on my day to day life? Babes bootcamp is more than just a gym or place to work out it is an overall experience and lifestyle. I got to meet so many different women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. The girls, positive energy and environment they create is what makes babes bootcamp so special. You work on your mind, body and soul. Joining babes bootcamp was exactly what I needed- to be surrounded by a good group of women who uplift and encourage you and help make you feel like you can accomplish anything! I immediately felt like I found a home at LivFit. The owners Appol and Kayla always made me feel SEEN- they always took my body and where I was in my journey into consideration. Paying attention to me and making accommodations that were realistic and never making me feel like I was any less than any of the other girls. For that- I thank you. Babes Bootcamp is more than a fitness center. I’ve been blessed to be a part of this community since the beginning and Kayla & Apples are very passionate about what they do. They truly are GEMs. They Go the Extra Mile! They offer group workout sessions, personal training, small group training, Women’s Workshops, fun events and more. Literally the best gym ever. From how well organized the set up is, how kind the staff is, to how well maintained it is! Worked out with Apple & Kayla, these two are some of the most genuine people I’ve come across. If you are looking for a new gym to start your goals this is it! Seriously top quality all around; from the trainers there & the gym atmosphere itself. I was looking for a gym to get back into a healthy routine as well as meet new people and this place was above my expectations. The trainers are so supportive & motivating. There’s both females & males trainers so don’t let the “babes” name stop you if your a guy looking for a new gym, the guy trainers are awesome & definitely know their stuff. For the Babes bootcamp classes, Everyone is at a different level from beginners to advanced and we all feel included in every workout. These classes have introduced me to so many wonderful people & have made some really good friends. I use to work at 24 hour fitness & I can honestly say this gym has the best training & sessions you can find. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY for sure. I highly recommend giving them a try and bring a friend. They support their community by putting together workshops that are so much fun! Your body is similar to a car in regards to proper fuel being related to proper performance. You get out what you put in. If you want to perform and recover properly, your body needs to refuel with proper energy.

Simple movements we use in everyday life made challenging by adding different variables. I use a hip and glute centric lower body program and a scapularic (shoulder blade) focused upper body program.

Consistency and accountability. Having an accountability partner who’ll push you in the gym and outside of the gym to remain disciplined to your goals and a healthy lifestyle can help. Thats what im here for!

I love seeing clients learn more about their body and what its capable of movement wise. When you train your body in the correct movement patterns it rewards you with faster recover and resistance to becoming injury prone. Being able to increase your range of motion & strength in your movements unlock new potentials for muscular and flexibility gains.

I have a love and passion for fitness that inspires me to want to help others who also want to achieve their fitness goals no matter their condition or purpose.

My knowledge and background include the athletic field, 13 years of weightlifting experience under professionals, and proper training methods for movements to develop proper strength fundamentals. My philosophy of training movements, not muscles specifically, not only shows greater potential for development of lean mass and fat burning, but to increase strength to maximize the development of lean muscle mass without sacrificing range of motion or flexibility. Along with a precise and professional training program, clients receive nutrition guidance to ensure all nutrition macro and micro nutrient needs are met using cronometer.
