I went in to get a consultation/treatment for some bad scarring I have on my face that has killed my confidence for many years. I was always nervous to do any stronger treatments with the fear that I would fall into the wrong hands. However, the minute I walked in I was greeted by Miri. As part of the consultation she educated me about my acne and acne pigmentation as well as the realistic healing and expectations from the chemical peel. She was so incredibly knowledgeable, kind snd patient to answer all of my concerns and questions about starting this treatment. The whole process with Miri has put 10 years of fear to rest and have finally found a place that I feel comfortable . I have never left a negative review in my life, but I had a facial with extractions of milia done here a little over a month ago, and from the moment I left, it was clear that the owner had "extracted" one of the spots WAY too intensely/harshly/and borderline incorrectly. It was not healing properly and I was in an unusual amount of pain. I called her a couple of days later & left a voicemail to let her know how it was (not) healing and that it looked like it would be scarring - when she called me back she was incredibly rude, curt, and dismissive. Said "well it had to be removed so... sorry if you wanted to 'go out this weekend' just cover it up with makeup." :O I was shocked and now over 4 weeks later, there is still a scar which I will probably have to spend hundreds of dollars on to UN-DO and remove. Very, very disappointed by my experience here, but even more so by the dismissive and negative attitude I received after the fact. More...

This place is really amazing, all of the staff are super professional and knowledgeable. Mari is the best she has a great plan for my skin by season, my skin has never looked better i got get loads of compliments about it. I highly recommend M Day Spa !

Highly recommend the m day spa! I literally only trust these women with my face. I've struggled with acne my entire life and my esthetician Miri has helped me maintain my acne. She does the best extractions. I'm a very particular person. Miri never leaves anything behind, she gets every pimple, black head, etc. I always leave her feeling more confident about my skin.Also! the products they suggest are amazing. The first thing I want to say is that this place is terribly unhygienic!!They don't change the bed after each client, they use one wooden stick per client to wax and dip again and again. They don't clean the steamers until there is a white coating floating on the bottom. I personally saw how Marcelle and her employees get products directly from the product jars with their fingers and apply to the client's face. Reuse the microneedeling tip, saving after the visit for the next time without disinfecting it. They offer microneedling, removal of moles, age spots, skin tags and/or freckles, endermologie, radio frequency. The following services considered invasive or the practice of medicine!! They also offer brow and lash tinting which is illegal in California. I personally saw that an owner almost burned girl's eyes with a tinting product. She applies it heavily on lashes so that it covers the whole eye!!! Of course it's gonna burn!!! If you want to get infections, skin desease and burn the hell out of your skin and eyes, you're welcome to The M Day Spa. I am glad we live in USA and have a right to speak freely! More...
