My husband and I came here last Tuesday because we thought we scheduled a same day appointment online? but it actually scheduled for the next week. The workers here were so apologetic and scheduled us an appointment for the next week that we were available. Thomas was our tax preparer. He gave us a discount for the inconvenience of having to bring our kids in last week, thinking we were getting a same day appointment . He was so welcoming & friendly. Thomas seemed very knowledgable about taxes.Thomas kept the conversation going with my husband about Sports and my husband's business, and it did not take long at all for him to prepare our taxes. Came here base on the review I read on Yelp, and I MUST say it really is a 5 star rating!Called in and ask questions and the receptionist was very helpful answering all my questions. I then requested to make an appointment the same day, and to my surprise I was able to get an appointment. I came down with my husband and daughter, and we were greeted wonderfully and was welcomed with a smile.Thomas was our tax preparer, and I must say that he was a wonderful preparer. He helped us with filing our tax, answered our tax questions, and even gave us advice.Once our tax was completed he showed us our documents and even notified us that we could be able to see the status of our refund.This place is a wonderful place to do taxes!We have been to many different tax places and charges us ALOT and doesn't even answer most of our questions, made errors to our tax, didn't return out tax documents till asked, and never even mentioned that we could actually see the status of our refund!With Thomas he really assured us that his service being done that day was 100% accurate and he stands to them.I highly recommend this tax place!Not only is it affordable, but they are also friendly, helpful, trustworthy, accurate, and dependable!We will surely be returning!Got our tax return with no issues!Also, if you have any questions they are just an email away and will respond asap.
