Working with Lyndsay, Kelly and their assistant Sinn was truly unbelievable. This team is not only super talented and gifted at what they do, but they are genuinely sweet. From the start I knew by looking at a Lyndsay’s Instagram that we would be a great fit. Her makeup is truly a work of art. She absolutely nailed my vision and I feel like the day of the wedding I didn’t even have to tell her a THING. And it was all just so perfect. I went for a slightly more glam version of Lyndsay’s classic bridal look and it was truly perfect. I ended up having two hair trials with Kelly because I completely changed my mind months after the first one, and wanted to do an updo. This was easily arranged and she completely nailed this vision as well. The day of the wedding these two plus their assistant Sinn were able to do hair for 6 bridesmaids , both moms and myself... and makeup for 5 girls plus myself.... all before 1pm I have nothing to say about this team except they are truly amazing and made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever. I had so many compliments on how AMAZING all of my girls looked. Oh and I cried happy tears for the entire day and did not lose a SINGLE eyelash. I absolutely love the work Lyndsay does!!! She did my make up as well as my bridal party and that was 6 years ago! I was hooked with her work because she really listens to your every request. I wanted my make up done for my baby shower this past weekend and I worked with Ari who was just as talented as Lyndsay!! She did an amazing job! I'm not a heavy make up person I explained what I wanted and she gave me that and more!!! Anyone looking for an artist should most definitely give Lyndsay Simon Beauty a chance! Lyndsay was an absolutely pleasure to work with. From the moment I had my first phone call with her I knew I was in good hands, after a terrible first trail with another vendor. Lyndsay quickly fit me in for a trial that was absolutely perfect for hair with heather and makeup. I had done my trial so far before the wedding, Lyndsay was so accommodating to fit me in for second one as the wedding approached. Onto the wedding day, Lyndsay and her team are a DREAM! If I would do it all over again would 100% recommend Lyndsay. For makeup, receiving a face masks and a hand massage does nothing but calm the wedding day jitters and keep your bridesmaids smiling. Last minute, I realized I should have had Lyndsay stay past first look to make sure we were in good shape to walk down the isle, she was immediately able to do this for me. Bridesmaids were staring “if I had more friends getting married I would tell them” I have never felt more beautiful in my life thanks to Heather and Lyndsay. Lyndsay was extremely responsive. She asked the right questions to help decide who of her expert hair stylists was the best fit for me. She sent me pictures of Heather's work to confirm that I agreed with her choice and I couldn't have picked a better stylist myself. Heather was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and talented. I met Heather at Lyndsay's studio for a trial a few months before the wedding. During this time Heather showed me a few different options for braids once I gave her an idea of what I was looking for. She was flexible and patient with me as we tried each braid. There was no time limit and you could tell that she wanted me to feel comfortable before leaving. On the wedding day, Heather and Merci her assistant showed up early and ready to go. They were again very flexible, relaxed and accommodating. They didn't hesitate when my Mom said she didn't feel like her self with her hair pinned back. They took it down immediately and walked her through figuring out what she really wanted. For myself, I had a hair piece that I was torn about using on the wedding day. We used it at the trial but I just didn't feel like it was me. Heather could tell I wasn't sure and was extremely supportive. She told me we could put the hair piece in and if I didn't like it she would remove it and do the whole thing over if she had to! It felt as if she were a relative that day just trying to help me have the best day ever. And that she did. After trying the hair piece I realized I didn't actually want it. She fixed my hair and it was gorgeous! I cannot recommend Lyndsay Simon Beauty enough. Best bridal party makeup I’ve ever seen. Lyndsay and her team are AMAZING! I felt so comfortable from the trial and communications leading up to my wedding day that my makeup would be perfect on the day of. She is so talented and great to work with – she is so personable, passionate, and professional. My entire bridal party was so impressed with her team, and everyone loved how their makeup and hair looked. When I started planning my wedding, I had to do so from out of state. I had an awful experience securing a hair and makeup professional and was in a situation three months from my wedding where I felt very discouraged. This is until I called Lyndsay. You will read many reviews in the process of planning your wedding but if you listen to any I hope it is this one. Lyndsay is by far the best decision I made in this whole process. Coming off of a really bad experience with a previous vendor where I lost money and time, Lyndsay was such a calming force. I ended up having Lyndsay’s team do my hair and make-up on my wedding day-specifically Alicia. I can’t stress enough how talented Alicia is. She asked questions, listened, took feedback and was not defensive. She cared about what I wanted as a bride. I also am half Asian and have a slightly unique look. Alicia was able to make me feel like a more beautiful version of myself. On one hand I was natural but on the other she made me look glamorous, exactly what I was trying to achieve. The amount of compliments I received that day on her work far surpassed all others. She is so talented not only in applying make-up but also in styling my hair. Their work far exceeds any work I have ever had done. In addition, Lyndsay and Alicia raise the bar for all other professionals to achieve. If you want a vendor who cares and who calms you instead of stresses you out call Lyndsay. If you want options in hair and make-up that is modern, fresh, unique and beautiful Lyndsay will provide that. She to this day is the best decision I made. Lyndsay Simon and her team are absolute rock stars! After having multiple makeup trials for my upcoming wedding, I had reached a point where I was giving up and decided that I was just going to do my makeup myself. I struggled to find someone who actually listened to what I wanted and didn't cake on so much makeup to the point where I felt embarrassed walking down the street after the appointment. After reading so many other fantastic reviews about Lyndsay and her natural makeup style, I decided to give her a shot. Lyndsay not only listened so attentively to me, but absolutely nailed the natural glow and big eyelash look I was hoping to achieve. She is so kind and great to work with. The day of my wedding she did such a fantastic job and everyone complemented me on how stunning I looked as well as my bridesmaids. I would 100% recommend Lyndsay and her team for your wedding day. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Lyndsay Simon Beauty! Lyndsay and her assistant Carolyn did an incredible job for a photo shoot I held for my clients recently. Both women are true artists and professionals in every sense. Each client felt so beautiful and so thrilled with their final look. Lyndsay even made sure to check on each client right before their shoot to see if they were in need of any touch ups. She went above and beyond! Lyndsay and her team made my bridesmaids, mother, aunt, and I feel like total princesses on my wedding day! I had full confidence that I chose the best makeup and hair team out there pretty much the entire time. ..through the amazing trial I had, all the way to the wedding day! I did not want to be the bride with caked on makeup, not looking or feeling like myself on the most important day. Lyndsay has perfected that skill of truly enhancing your beauty, never covering any of it up! My final look was so soft and natural. Also, I need to mention that my makeup stayed on from noon until 4 AM through the after party. After the August heat, partying, and dancing I needed zero touch-ups. That alone is enough reason for you to book Lyndsay! If this isn't enough for you, her hair team is PHENOMENAL! Kelly was my hairstylist- so sweet and so talented. I showed her an Instagram clip which she watched for about 30 seconds and recreated the look perfectly! Lyndsay and her team (Taylor and Amanda) are truly FANTASTIC! They did stunning hair and makeup for myself, nine bridesmaids, my mother in law and my Mom for my wedding. On top of being an amazing makeup artist, Lyndsay was extremely fun, responsive, reliable, organised and professional throughout - exactly the sort of person you want to have around on your wedding day! The team slotted right in to the dynamic in the group and were very easygoing. Not only did everyone look beautiful, but also there was a hiccup at the venue as far as where we could get ready and Lyndsay and her team simply took it in their stride and managed to get everything back on schedule pretty much immediately!I had not worn any makeup in years (except as a bridesmaid) and was convinced that I did not want to wear any for my wedding. However, Lyndsay did a trial run for the bridesmaids' makeup on me, and my Mom and I were so impressed that we both ended up repeating the look for my wedding day! I could not have been happier with my look and the bridesmaids and moms were equally delighted - I felt that Lyndsay really listened and understood what everyone wanted. Both myself and my bridesmaids are very particular but no request was too much or too weird! Not only was I thrilled with my makeup on the day, but it also looked amazing in photos and I received tons of compliments on Lyndsay and her team's work!I had also asked Lyndsay not to put too much makeup on the girls even if they asked and she was amazing at gently telling one of them that I had decided on a certain look (while still making sure that she felt beautiful and confident). She also noticed that I was getting overwhelmed at one point and very sweetly and politely asked everyone to take a small step back and gave me a lovely face massage which calmed me down immediately!I cannot recommend Lyndsay and her team enough - just book them!!!!!!!
