What inspired you to start your own business?
The passing of my brother and my husband who had open-heart surgery at the age of 35 due to an aneurysm.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will gently progress anyone through their workouts without them feeling judged, pressured, or insecure. I am an advocate of modifications and corrective movements.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I provide virtual training. An appointment is still needed, I would need to know if you have equipment at home that we can use in advance. I use the house party app or Zoom and sometimes the virtual would consist of 2-4 people.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I allow a max of 3 people to train at once, preferably friends and family. I have been doing more virtual sessions and one on ones. After each session, I spray and wipe down the equipment. I highly recommend clients bring gloves, a mat, water, and a towel.
