Very professional and reasonably priced. No overcharging or any hidden fees. The 3 people team took 3 hours and 45 minutes to move our stuff and charged around $500. I think I've been spoiled for all future moving experiences! First of all, I booked their help just over a week before the moving date. Yana got back to me promptly with pricing, and we finalized the confirmation within 48 hours. So efficient. On the day, my movers were Alex and Alex. They were both super professional! They were respectful of our belongings; wrapped my furniture and art with care; were very time efficient; and even though they'd had an early morning, were very polite and friendly to work with. The two young fellows who moved my son, wife and grandson to Sacramento last Saturday were GREAT!! They showed up on time, worked tirelessly.  They were very professional, pleasant and quick. They wrapped the furnishings in padded red blankets,  then wrapped with wide tape. Took them about 3 hours.  Then they drove the truck to Sacramento the same day! And then unloaded all the items. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts.- It started by prompt and clear communication from Yana about how much it would cost if we were to hire them and the process of making an appointment. - They showed up on time as promised.- They get paid by time, but during the almost 9 hours that they worked for us, we never felt that they were trying to prolong the engagement.- Most of all the care they took in packing and loading the stuff and later while unloading it at our new home was almost flawless.- Throughout the day they were always polite, patient and thoroughly professional.It was truly a "Luxury" to have them do our move -- except of course the price that they charged which was *very* reasonable.  I hope we don't have to move anytime soon, but God forbid if I have to then they would certainly be our 1st choice. I will recommend this mover to other people. 1.  Quoting process is quick and clear.  I requested few quotes from different movers and their's is most clear. I had questions and always got response quickly.   Before the moving date, they also sent out notice and confirmation again.   2. Efficient packing and moving.  On the moving day, four movers came on time, including Yana, she managed the paper work and confirmed details before moving, she is straight forward and to the point. They arrived on time and were so incredibly fast I was shocked!! The whole time was so professional and did such a great job. No damage at all to our items or our home. We loved the whole experience! We even had an extra stop at our parents house to pick up some furniture they were gifting us. It was no problem and so quick!! They are the utmost professionals and so excellent at their job. Extremely professional team..Yana, Alex and Sigri did a great job in helping us with our move.. I like booking things online and through systems. .so my experience right from booking was great. I sent them a text through Yelp and I received the quote within a day's time. Then token payment had to be done and I received the confirmation along with detailed document for moving and California state guidelines. Automated reminder was sent before move out date. The process is totally system driven. On the move out day, they made sure that all things were appropriately wrapped and paid attention to the markers put on the box and made sure that the boxes were put in the respective places as marked. This definitely matters because though they were working at great speed, they didn't rush through things. They made sure that all the furniture was moved properly. They did a proficient job with disassembly and assembly of the beds. Their rates are slightly high when compared to other companies I had requested quote from, but I think it is worth the service. Yana and her team really rock!We had a full service local move in the last week of April from a 2 B2B apartment to a SFH. Yana came in for an in-home visual estimate and gave us the best quote . She mentioned that the reputation of her business matters a lot to her as it's a family-owned one. And when she and her team arrived, they proved it in no time! They were super fast, super professional, very swift. They very good with the packing and furniture, they brought all our stuff intact! And the move was finished in 8 hours! I would give them more stars if I could! They are definitely our super movers and we would gladly hire them again in the future in a heartbeat. Moving while 36 weeks pregnant is rough but they made it such a pleasant experience -- I didn't have to do a thing except let them know where to put everything. Boxes were moved quickly and efficiently. Furniture was wrapped well and disassembled/reassembled in the blink of an eye. They even picked up a rocker from a separate location on the way to our new place. Can't say enough good things about luxury movers. Amazing service amazing team.  We moved from Cupertino to Santa Barbara, so finding a mover who could and would do it in one day was our challenge.  I saw their moving truck in my complex parking lot one morning and stopped to ask for a business card.  I was speaking with one of the movers and a beautiful young lady asked if she could help me, her name was Yana.  I told her of my needs and she assured me she could do our move in the one day.  As my move got closer, I got the preverbal 25 phone calls from the web site for moving info...each one had their own pricing and policy.  One company wanted to pack me up the night before and then charge me $250 to store the truck overnight until the morning when they would then drive to Santa Barbara, no that was not what I wanted...WAS Yana, the only person that heard me?  Was she the only one that wanted my business....it turned out yes.  So I agreed to a contract with them, it was easy and flat rate...I love that it was one price for 3 mover and the truck, for the time you used them..this was great because there were NO hidden charges...NONE...!!!They confirmed a few day before via email and then night  before via text and then again in the am when they were in their way.   They arrived and went right to work...they did not mossy along at a snails pace to increase my time, they moved as if they wanted to get this job started.  They hustled...i loved it..my apartment was empty and on the truck within 2 hours..on our way by 11am..the drive took them about 6.5 hours so they pulled into Santa Barbara just 6:30pm  Again they moved at the speed of lighting..this was their job..no slacking from this team...they put together the bed, placed the tv and had us completely unloaded by 7:30pm...again WOW!! Yana, Sergey and Andrii were simply amazing.  A beautiful family owned business headed by the smart and talented Yana.Everything was perfect, nothing broken,  the truck was packed securely and properly.  I can not say enough about this team except CALL THEM..you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, I PROMISE!! From quote start to getting my items to my new home safely and then assembling my new furniture at my new home, this place is remarkable. Amazing timing and planning and very efficient. Yana and her team and professionals they get they not only get the job done but they go above and beyond! They started at about 9am on 2/20 for my move from Fremont CA to Southern CA in Simi Valley about 5.5 hours from here, 2/20-2/21 move date for a 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom home. Initial quote was about $2100-$2500 max with two people but they suggested hiring 4 people for faster service and work efficiency, they consulted with me and I agreed. They also rented a huge truck to ensure they were able to fit the entire home in they large truck and that it took only one shot, it was a great a idea and no charge difference just more reliability on both ends. After starting at the old house at 9am thresh finished around 1:10pm after taking a 30 month break for lunch, my husband stayed behind while I drove out with the kids to ensure all our items were picked up, he was skeptical they wouldn't get the job done but after the fast service he was impressed, they even had free wardrobe boxes to hang clothes for use or to borrow so that your hanging clothes wouldn't get wrinkled, they wrapped special items and also made sure those made it to the house win no issues or problems. TVs were removed from the walls with the mounts and they swept and cleaned after removal of all the items in the house. My husband was ecstatic and impressed. They drove to Simi Valley and Yana kept in clear contact of their status and they offered to deliver the mattresses for each room so that we were able to sleep on them until the next morning when the real move started, very cool and they delivered around 8:30pm, they did not stop and came to the house to drop off the truck in the front locked it up and took and uber to the motel, took an uber back the following morning and started the job about 8am-til about 1:30pm, they started with 4 people and the other two members left earlier and Yana and her husband stayed to assemble most of the new furniture we needed assembly for the new house, it was based on time and it was indeed an amazing job and pleasure. They tested it before ensuring we were able to sit down or use the items! Overall this company I recommend for short, local and especially long distance moves! They were so careful, my two kids were so happy everything came in one piece for both their rooms toys and games and TVs! I would of course use Yana and her team once more :) More...

This was my first move here in the Bay Area and Luxury moving just made it look extremely simple and effortless. I had a lot of stuff for a 1 bedroom apartment and the place I was moving to did not have an elevator and I was located in the second floor .
