We have worked with Luxury Maids for several years and our experience has been incredible. Our team is Dayami and Zulerqui and they not only clean our house in a thorough and efficient way, but they also take the initiative for seeing things that need to be cleaned (like our vents) that are not noticeable to most people. They are pleasant and professional. I have used Luxury Maids multiple times over the past year to clean a large vacation home. Similar to a hotel, the house must be completely cleaned from top to bottom each time a guest is leaving. Needless to say, there are always crazy issues when you rent out your house! The teams who have come have always been very responsive and flexible in handling all the weird issues we've had! Sylvia takes the time to personally check on the job and follows up with all my requests/issues. She has effectively communicated our needs to her staff so whichever team comes to work with us on check-out days is prepared. Even on the rush, rush days that we have a same day check-in, the teams get it ALL done. Since our business relies on guest reviews, it's a great relief to know we have Luxury Maids working with us to maintain our beautiful home. I've used Luxury Maids now for quite a few years for our condo that we use monthly in the winter months. They are extremely flexible and have always worked with my schedule, even if there's a last minute change or additional cleaning needed. I don't see the women who come to our house, but they do a wonderful job. They obviously work hard and it shows. Fabulous work, attention to details. They arrived on schedule, with all the equipment needed, started with bathrooms, and bookcases, and bedroom and closets, and then living room and dining area, and finally the kitchen from top to bottom, inside and out.
