I have nothing but impeccable things to say about Luxe and Vicky! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! I have been seeing Vicky for my hair for a couple years and am always left feeling so rejuvenated and happy with the results.
I will never go to anyone else. I appreciate her passion, her dedication to do things right, and attention to detail. Her leniency and flexibility to schedule. I live 45 minutes away from the salon, but I don’t care, I will always make the trip, because it’s worth it!
To me, I believe you get what you pay for, the prices are not the cheapest you’ll find, so if that’s your main concern and your willing to sacrifice quality, go elsewhere.
Never have I ever felt rushed or felt unheard about what my expectations or wants were. And if ever I was unhappy, she would remedy it in a very professional way. Her whole technique, from cutting to coloring to styling is always 10/10. The way she uses products too is magic, I don’t know how, but my hair feels the most healthiest when she’s done. Our time socializing is also so wonderful too, she makes the effort to talk about what’s going on in my life, and remembers things… I’m typically an introvert but somehow she gets me talking the whole time lol!
