She made wonderful suggestions and patiently answered all my questions. Richard and other members of the delivery team were very professional and took great care when delivering my furniture and accessories. I love my beautiful new rooms! Luxe Waterford is more than a furniture store. They take the time to understand what you need and want and can afford. They go above and beyond with customer service - accommodating your tastes, your lifestyles and most importantly wanting you to be happy with every purchase. They keep up with trends - but incorporate things to the coastal area we live in. They are like family to us now. Love our Luxe fam! The first time I visited Luxe showroom I immediately fell in love. So many furniture options and the accessories selections were amazing. My husband and I decided for Luxe to assist us in the re-decorating of our home. The project started with the den and ended with re-decorating 4 bedrooms, a dining room and loft area. Lynn Leake was our primary designer. She advised on the paint color for the entire house and coordinated furniture, rugs, bedding and accessories options. She and her team were professional, knowledgeable regarding the many options available, creative and most of all kind and very pleasant to work with. At some point each member of Lynn’s staff touched an idea for our home and certainly brought me out of my comfort zone of decorating to exploring new exciting beautiful concepts. We enjoyed and took pride in shopping local. The staff at Luxe always treated us with kindness and made sure we knew how much they appreciated us shopping with them and utilizing their design expertise. Lynn and her staff went way above and beyond for us and were patient with many decision changes, considering our project was ongoing for over 1 year. Throughout our project and upon completion we knew the staff was there to assist in any way we needed. I end with the warehouse staff, last on the review but by no means not any less important. Richard and his staff are amazing. They conduct themselves just as they own the company, with pride and respect for you and your home. The Luxe team turned our house into a home that is a bit beachy with modern chic sophisticated looks but most important a comfortable beautiful coastal home. They have beautiful furniture, as well as accessories and their team of professional designers are always incredibly helpful and will work with you until you are totally satisfied. During the planning, construction, and decorating of our new home in Southport, NC I was very fortunate to enlist the services and assistance of Mrs. Lynn Leake of Luxe Home Interiors. Lynn assisted in the selection of all paint colors and finishes. She was instrumental in coordinating our floors, rugs, and recommended all our furniture and accessories, including lamps, pictures, and bedding. She incorporated many family heirlooms into our living area. She even convinced my husband to leave his families “Early American” furniture in storage. The colors Lynn selected were fabulous. The deep blue in our Foyer is rich and has an aura of royalty. It blends beautifully with the Persian rug my husband sent me from Iraq. Lynn was always available to offer advise and assistance. She visited our home during all phases of construction. She was also on hand to supervise the delivery and placement of our new furniture. Some comments from several visitors are: A construction worker; “This home has everything a family will ever need.” A neighbor; “This is a beautiful home and a beautiful treasure for our neighborhood.” A party guest; “This home should be in “Southern Living Magazine.” I would be remiss if I failed to mention Lynn’s excellent employees. Richard, the delivery man was outstanding. The Luxe employees were super efficient in tracking our selections, deliveries, and order status. I feel blessed for finding Lynn and her staff.
