Lux Transport is amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend their services. I found Lux online and took the chance that they would do their job.
I had called and left messages for other limo services, but I never received a return call. I had to plan a business roundtrip CLE to Detroit for six passengers. Frank, at Lux Transport responded timely. He took away any anxiety I had of planning the trip. He handled several last-minute changes professionally and with ease. I was happy the trip went as planned. Each passenger commented how they enjoyed the trip. The car was clean and roomy, and the driver was professional, friendly and on-time. They were able to sit back, relax and have some fun.
I also booked another business trip, CLE to Pittsburgh that went just as well. Since then, one of the passengers has switched to Lux Transport from his other frequently used limo service.
With the service that was received and reasonable pricing, Lux Transport will always be my choice of limo service.
