What’s your signature dish?
Our BBQ pork and scratch made smoked mac and cheese are our most popular dishes on the food truck.
We also have unique dishes, like pork belly cinnamon rolls, and smoked meatloaf, that are out of this world good!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We consult with the client, figure out the budget, and then craft a menu that provides variety and value.
What do you love most about your job?
This is not a job but my calling for the Kingdom. I love serving people and feel blessed that I get to do this for a living.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to pursue something I love while also using the business to build the Kingdom, fund mission and fulfill what I feel God has called me to do.
