What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Unless it's a highly anticipated music event, the sauce is in the flow of the music. We don't want too much hype back-to-back or else people get tired, when you're dancing you want to slow down eventually. The secret is to play music in waves, sort of. Like 15 minutes of the best mixes ever, then 5 minutes of a nice easy song to dance to without going over the top, and repeat.
What do you love most about your job?
The same buzz that get people dancing is what makes me love this job.
