Lucy did a great job helping us design our project and lining up contractors. She made sure they showed up on time and did good quality work. (It was a real 3-ring circus for awhile.) It was next to impossible however to figure out how much everything was going to cost. Lucy is easy to work with, timely in her responses to my questions & emails, and an awesome resource. She is not afraid to gently disagree with me if I am heading in a direction that won't work well for my room/house. She has great sub-contractor contacts that she has thoroughly vetted; again I trust her judgment.
I will continue to use Lucy and have recommended her to my friends who were also pleased with her work. Yes... I love Lucy!
