LOVE LOVE LOVE this service. Our family came from Oklahoma to Purgatory Ski Resort - we found their brochure 2 years ago while we were there, and knew we would use it next time we came back. SO GLAD WE HELD ON TO THAT BROCHURE - IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Cindy was great to work with. Lucky Services saved us a full day on our vacation! Short story is they drove all the way to Cortez, CO after purchasing tickets for us at Mesa Verde National Park. I live in Michigan and was unable to get tickets for a ranger lead tour at the park. Lucky Services got the task done and dropped the tickets off at my hotel, so they were there waiting for me when I got into town. Thank you SOOO much Lucky Services!!! How long have you been in business?
Lucky Services opened in January of 2014 and has been in business and giving our clients time to do what they love for 5 years!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring our own cleaning supplies to cleans, our own gardening gloves to pull weeds, and basic items needed. If larger items are needed (lawn mower, weed wacker, etc) you may be responsible for providing!
What do you love most about your job?
At Lucky, our goal is to do the things you don't want to do, so you can focus on the things you love... family, friends, a vacation, that book you have been dying to dive into... Creating time and helping others is more than just our passion. It's engrained into the very structure of our company. We don't consider it to be a livelihood but a way of life. For us, helping others are not buzzwords, but guiding principles – it isn't just what we do, it's who we are.
At Lucky, we still believe that there is a “right way” to do things. Our team focuses on solving problems, getting things done, and building lasting success to withstand even the most challenging obstacles. Around here we do not cut corners, we smooth them out. Our values revolve around maintaining the satisfaction within the customer/client relationship and until they're happy, we haven't done things right.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our owner, Jessika Buell, was named Durango Chamber of Commerce's 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year! She loves all things business, but mostly, she loves making things easier and better for people! Jessika started Lucky with the goal of wanting to create a company that does great work and is a great place to work. With that in mind, Jessika believes in creating a unique & rewarding work experience for people. She is hard-working, has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and understands the importance of trust. As such, she will oversee your needs from initial consultation to final delivery, guaranteeing that you have a person you trust starting and completing your project.
