THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! It makes you wonder whats going on when the best BBQ you can get in Sherman is off of a truck. I've been here multiple times since I spotted their trailer parked by bonappetite off 1417. They use oak and pecan and it works so well, somehow able to smoke full racks of ribs on that little tiny house-like trailer. Just tried the mac attack and for $10 it is an insane amount of food.
