I am finally getting around to say "Thank You" for all the hard work that you put in to making your custom floral arrangements amazing! The flowers were absolutely stunning, you could tell extreme care went into making the arrangement. It is easy to see that you love what you do, and it really shows in your work. I had just recently had foot surgery & received 3 different arrangements from different companies delivered & how beautiful you arrangement was & the delivery person was very friendly as well. I think it was the two week point before I noticed any change in the condition of the flowers.
I will definitely recommend you to our friends and family, and will look for any excuse to come back to you for flowers in the near future.
Thanks again for everything you and your amazing team have done, because as you see I am more a plant person then flowers because day two they usually look horrible but not yours finally about 3 1/2 weeks I threw them out, I just wish that flowers lasted forever!

I have been using Lucile's for over a year now. The arrangements are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly, but they need a better system to input and track orders. I like to order a couple weeks out and stay ahead of the holidays, but they lost an order of mine a few months ago and by luck I called in the day before to make sure they were still on it. They had to scramble to get the arrangement put together, and it did get done, but it wouldn't have happened if I didn't check in with them the day before. Just recently I stopped in the day before (again) to confirm they did have my order and they had difficulty finding it. It makes me worried that they'll drop the ball. If they upgraded their order input and tracking system, they would be 5 star. If you order an arrangement from Lucile's, until they've found a better way to track your order, do yourself a favor and check in with them the day before. More...
