How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By offering in-person, online, or both to clients. All of which helps hold clients accountable and to help them reach their goals.
Follow ups and being available for clients even when not in session will help clients stay motivated and decrease the chance of setbacks.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience. For most, changing their lifestyle is far from easy but understanding that the human body needs time to adjust and adapt to the lifestyle change.
Breaking a habit is challenging, but becomes easier as long as you stick to the plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know clients by building a professional relationship with them, and of course, their results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own struggles with my health and weight. The health problems I was having weren't something a 20-something year old should be facing. Fitness isn't a cure-all solution but both mentally and physically it has helped me feel much better.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm all about 'girl power' and a strong woman is both mentally strong and physically strong.
I've been in the same position as most women, but I never had a personal trainer to help me, which would have made the process faster than me doing it on my own. That's why I decided to learn more about fitness and become a fitness professional.
Although I've helped many women with a variety of fitness goals, my favorite (and specialty) is strength and conditioning training.
