Such a great experience! Christina was so helpful and understanding. I was able to try on several beautiful pieces and in less than 2 hours was able to commit to a beautiful gown. Now it did not go as smooth as you would assume, my 1 year old had a melt down that made me feel like I should abort but Christina was so patient and gave me time to help to calm her and offered comfort to my mother, daughters, and cousin from the minute we arrived until we left. Christina listened to my likes and dislikes; she was able to pull several dresses that were pretty much perfect for my body and fit my personality❤️. I believe we all go in with optimism and sometimes leave with that great feeling or ehhh . Well, I must say I left very pleased! I was grateful to have such a wonderful experience to pair with the weight being lifted of checking off one of the said “hardest items” on a wedding list. Christina was amazing. I loved all the gowns she pulled, but found my special gown a few dresses in. She did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and had several already waiting. Throughout the appointment she adjusted slightly based on my feedback and what looked good on me. This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and she made it so fun and easy. My experience at LowCountry Bride and Gown was unmatched by any other bridal store that I had visited previously. Christina was very responsive, and allowed me to send her examples of dresses that I liked prior to my appointment. She made an appointment just for my family which made the experience so amazing as we all felt so comfortable, and Christina was there with us every step of the appointment to help in any way. She had picked out many dresses that matched my style exactly before I even stepped in the door. We were so blown away by her selection, and the amazing value of the dresses. We did not find a single dress that we didn't love! Our dress shopping experience felt so elegant and fun as we had mimosas, the building to ourselves, a showing room with a great amount of seating for my huge party, and gorgeous quality gowns! Her store only carries dresses up to $2000 so I was able to shop stress-free in my budget. You would never believe these gowns are under $2000 though based on their look and quality! I had a great experience from the very start. The owner Christina was quick to respond as soon as I reached out to schedule an appt. I scheduled my appointment and sent pics of dresses I was interested in via text messaging, which was really convenient! My mom flew in from out of town just to look at dresses with me so it was really nice that she worked only with us during our appointment. I've been at other places where your consultant is juggling 3-4 clients at the same time and it's just not a great experience. I loved the styles that she had available and found her prices to be really affordable! She pretty much let me try on any dress I wanted and I never felt limited to how many I could try on per appointment. I felt that the feedback I received was honest and not a sales pitch. I loved my experience here. Christina was extremely accommodating on appointment times and quality customer service. I found a dress here and still had one other place to visit to try on dresses. I found my perfect dress with the help of Christina! I tried on the dress a couple months ago but wanted to wait until my family could come in town to try it on again and make the final decision. She was extremely helpful and understanding, and like some of the other reviews have mentioned she never pressures you into purchasing. Christina her daughter were so helpful! They gave me their full attention and were so enthusiastic about helping me find a dress within my budget. Not only that, they made the experience fun! I had been to a couple other bridal shops in Bluffton and Savannah, and this place is by far the warmest and friendliest. They are very good at communication and follow-up as well. Christina was amazing! Not only did she respond right away about scheduling my appointment she answered all of my questions quickly. Once in the store I had the private and personal wedding dress shopping experience I always wanted. I loved that we were the only ones in the store. Christina figured out my style right away and even suggested I try on a dress that I initially did not like on the hanger. Turns out it was THE DRESS. I am so thankful for Lowcountry Bride and Gown!! I have found my dream dress and am so excited. I want to wear it everyday! I would absolutely recommend this store! Christina is so kind and saying that she is accommodating is an understatement! She makes you feel like you are a priority. You have the enitre boutique to yourself while she spends one on one time with you to ensure you get the best service possible. Christina is absolutely wonderful! I am an out of state customer (FL) and found her online while looking for a wedding dress. She had a discontinued wedding dress I completely fell in love with. I was a bit nervous to purchase a dress I have never tried on or not being able to see the dress condition in person, but Christina was very prompt to give me all the details of the dress (size, condition, and what needed to be fixed). She also sent me additional photos of the dress to let me know that even though it was a sample dress the dress was still in great condition.
