What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people work through relationship challenges in ways that help them discover themselves and each other. No one ever taught us how to be a good partner. Many of us didn't have the best role models. When I help individuals and couples discover more about who they are and learn to listen well, and share themselves with their partners in an authentic and kind manner, it uplevels their relationship. It is a tender process helping people open their hearts. And I just love to help facilitate deeper connection!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in the Corporate world, ultimately becoming an HR and Training Manager. My favorite part of my work was helping Managers and employees resolve complex personnel challenges. Ultimately I decided to go back to school at earned my Masters and Doctoral degrees. While I loved my job, I wanted to help people transform in a bigger way. I also wanted the freedom to create my own schedule and focus. 15 years later I realize this was the best move I could have made. I work with some amazing people and learn more about humanity each and every day!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate committed and dedicated to relational transformation. When you hire me you are hiring a partner. I dive in with you, holding your hand all the way. I am available for quick connections between sessions as I realize that someone's needs, especially during complex times, are not restricted to 60 to 90 minutes a week. I am a dedicated professional with over 15 years experience in the field and significant business experience prior to that. I understand human nature, and am a good strategic planning partner. And, as I have said before, I love what I do!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am available either in my office in Newport Beach, California, and offer remote access through Zoom or phone. Until Covid is resolved, all current sessions are being conducted online or over the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am conducting remote sessions only until Covid is resolved.
