This review is overdue. I visited Kate in January at a difficult place but she had answered my questions and shed light on my situations and more in an unexpected but helpful way. I have a respectful but casual attitude when it comes to fortune telling and I went in mainly for ideas regarding my future location/career. She brought some pointers on those topics. I highly recommend reading Kate's blog on her website before you go to see her. It's very informational and gives you an understanding on her gifts, what she can/can't do, etc. Kate made me feel safe and calm right away. She welcomed me in to her space with open arms and immediately knew I was going through A LOT of personal stuff. I found myself totally entranced by Kate! She was drawing/writing throughout our session and I just thought it was so cool. Her eyes would shift sometimes. I feel like it was because different spirits were trying to make contact. I want to start off by stating that I've had readings done before with about 4 other spiritual advisers but the reading I had with Kate was completely different. I like that she was very prompt in getting back and responding to me, she returned my call and told me that she was booked but I mentioned that my birthday was approaching so I was looking to get a reading done for my birthday, she took another look at her schedule and decided to squeeze me in! Kate's apartment is beautifully decorated and her coffee table is filled with  beautiful crystals, immediately when I entered, I felt the energy in the room. *Note: She has a cat, I'm not a pet person at all but it's a friendly cat.* Before we began the reading, she asked if I was there to connect with a loved one or if I was there for just a psychic reading, I told her that I was only there for a reading but that I was open to any loved ones who wanted to connect. We started the reading and began talking about my career and future endeavors. I felt a sense of validation in knowing that I should indeed follow my passion (she knew what this was) instead of having to be stuck and unfulfilled with my current career path/industry. She went more in depth and even discussed details of the business. She gave me a lot of tips and advice to steer me clear in the right direction, she even told me to contact her after starting on this project so that she could refer me to her friends to build my clientele. During the reading there were several times where she paused because of the spirits attempting to cross over, a couple of times they were names of people I did not know. She explained to me that the spirits somehow know when she's having a reading and they take it as their chance to reach out even if there is no relationship with the person, spirits are constantly trying to cross over through her. I was secretly hoping to hear from my beloved grandmother but instead my late uncle came through which was so unexpected! She knew my cousin's name and told me that my uncle wanted to give his kids a message, she even explained to me how he passed. FREAKY RIGHT! I was honestly a bit scared whenever we were interrupted by spirits and I could really feel the energy and hear little sounds. It was my first time ever experiencing anything like this. I just went to see Kate over this past weekend.  I've been searching for a new psychic to see for quite some time.  In my past, I've been to a decent number of psychics, but none of them have been anywhere near as spot on as Kate.  Within the first 15 minutes of the reading, Kate had already named two people who resonated with me.  She was able to identify the person that I've been seeing for a while (by name), as well as my grandfather who has passed over.  She was also able to pinpoint their personality traits and give me insight into some of their behaviors that I was having trouble understanding. I've waited a few months to give this review because I wanted to wait and see if her future for me was going to be accurate. I had a wonderful and eye-opening experience with Kate. I was only able to see her within the 2 weeks that I was in California, and she was very accommodating and made time to see me despite her busy schedule. I was extremely nervous going in, as I wasn't sure what to expect -- but I came out with more of an understanding about myself and the future steps I will take. Kate was very intuitive with me. I didn't really know why I went to her but  I had never had a reading before and went to see her because I've had a lot of stuff going on in my life. I have seen Kate now twice and have sent several friends to see her.  All of us are in awe about how accurate she is.  She is the real deal.  She knows specific names and details that are simply impossible for her to know.  She cautions you that she is a physical medium and to not be alarmed.  I literally hear the air crackling and popping when I am there.  The first time I saw her my mom and friend  who have passed on were in the room with us.  I literally felt my mom's spirit there and Kate relayed information to me that made it clear her spirit was present.  The second time I was there a friend's husband who has passed literally hijacked the hour and my loved ones did not come through because my friend's husband took over the reading. I have never seen someone like Kate before. My Aunt gave me this opportunity as a birthday present. With the recent loss of my Mom, she felt this may help me with my healing process and in the meantime maybe i would be able to connect with my mom. Being honest, I never really believed in a medium or psychic, and have always said, the only way I would believe in this is if something happened or if something was said to me that only me and the other person whom was being "channeled" would know, in this case, my mom. I should begin this review by admitting that while I'm a reserved skeptic upon all of my first readings/sessions, I've been to my fair share of psychics. At every reading, I usually sit back and don't reveal much of myself or my personality - as to not give cues they may be able to read off of. Most I've been to are completely off, and I've been to ones that charge all different prices ($20, $40, $50, $100, etc). This gives me a good base of past experiences to compare my reading with Kate - and let me tell you, she's the real deal.
