I ordered a re-imagining of our wedding cake for our 5 year anniversary. Cassandra exceeded my expectations. The pink champagne sponge was deliciously moist, the strawberry buttercream was flavorful without being too heavy and the beautiful design even impressed my husband. I just want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Cassandra for doing an excellent job on my boyfriends birthday cake ! You executed his Raiders themed cake perfectly ! ! Miss Cassandra did my daughters Peppa Pig cake for her 3rd birthday, it exceeded all my expectations. The decor was beautiful and vibrant. I have to say I absolutely loved our wedding cake that Cassandra made for us. At the end of the night there was not much cake left. ..maybe 1/3 of the bottom layer and about 3 dozen cupcakes which we have been eating over the past few days. I wish Cassandra and her mom could've stayed for the wedding but I know they had plans in beautiful Leavenworth. Cassandra and her crew do beautiful work and delicious treats. Love by the Slice has the best cake and cupcakes that I've ever tasted in my life. I've used their services for the citywide Black Moms Rock annual dinner that takes place around mother's day and everyone raved over the cupcakes and cakes that were won in the raffles. I just got married this past Saturday and my wife hired Love By The Slice to create a cigar cake to surprise me at our reception. No one told me the cake was there. I just happened to walk by the table during the reception and the cake stopped me dead in my tracks. Their rendering of a cigar box and cigars was absolutely ASTONISHING!! The cigars looked so real, I had to look closer because I wanted to take one off and smoke it that night. Cassandra and her team pulled out all the stops for our night. I stood there and admired the cake for at least 3-5 minutes. All I could say was WOW!! It was so beautiful, I didn't even cut it. I truly appreciate my wife and Love By The Slice for making my night that much more stunning. You all are passionate about your craft and it was shown in the details of my cake.
