I have used Lou's multiple times but the flowers they just did for my mother's funeral were more beautiful than I expected. They took all of my suggestions and requests and turned them into exactly what I envisioned. The delivery was on time and smooth even though it was pouring rain. I live in California and recently sent flowers to my daughter, Rachel, in St Pete Beach for April fools day. The flowers were sent to her work at the Seahorse Restaurant for an April fools day joke from her her favorite musician, David Lee Roth. She was not working when the flowers arrived, however, the delivery person made a huge extra effort to locate her to be sure they were delivered on April 1st. Rachel had no idea who really sent them and it was a great April fools day gag. She loved the arrangement, said they were beautiful, and she spent the day trying to figure out who really sent the flowers. I finally had to let her know. We had a wonderful experience with Lou's. We arrived in Clearwater on a Thursday for a friend's wedding on Saturday and learned that we needed to get flowers for the aisle and arbor for the wedding. Lou's was recommended by our hotel. Christina, the manager, was unbelievably helpful. She got flowers to match the bridal bouquet and created two beautiful pieces for the arbor. She provided fabric and explained how to set everything up. She had four other weddings that weekend and still gave us her full attention, the flowers were top quality as was her design for the bouquets. Definitely a five star experience! More...

High quality wrapped bouquets for 30 dollars. At first glance I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised at both the attention to detail and overall service I received . The lady was especially kind to me, she talked to me about my options for buying a bouquet of flowers for my moms birthday. I ultimately decided on a beautiful  bouquet.
