Never order take-out from here. Called at 6pm, they said 30 mins. We waited in the car from 6:30 until 7:10 before going in after calling 6 times. We were finally able to cancel our order. They told me our order was lost multiple times, and that’s why we never got it. The manager said they didn’t have time to go tell the customer waiting in their car what was going on. They decided the best decision was to let people waste their time sitting in their car waiting for an order that was never going to come out. More...

i won’t be spending anymore money here. gave this place more than enough chances. i have had so many people in the Roscoe area tell me to not waste my money here but i figured, why not one more chance. .. you can’t mess up crispy wings. . . well, crispy wings should be crispy, not soggy and hard. They were undercooked. also, two different sauces wings should be separated by aluminum foil or in separate containers. got this food delivered, tried calling as soon as we took our first few bits, but phone just kept ringing. we threw the sorry excuse of food away, and wasted $40! I have no idea how anyone can continue to support this business when the food and service blows. was hoping to get this resolved, but can’t get ahold of anyone there! so review it is! Riley was a great server. We go out to eat twice month and I very rarely eat red meat, "Not by choice, but for health reasons" I decided I was in the mood for a hamburger since it had been a couple months. I wanted a real good burger and Louies delivered. My wife really enjoyed the chicken pot pie also. Now let's also mention pinball. So many places have those darn gambling poker machines. I'm not into those, but I grew up playing pinball in the back rooms of small diners due to them being illegal in the 70's. To see the pinball machines at Louies bought back wonderful memories. Midlevel Madness was one I played many times in my younger days. When I seen Louies had that machine, I was transformed back in time. Thank you Louies. I'll be back. More...

The wait staff is pretty good. Tonight we were surprised when we had to wait an hour and a half for our food. it was trivia night, and it was busy, but we were highly disappointed when we found that our order got shuffled to the bottom, as we saw other tables getting their food way before ours.
