Phenomenal.food at extremely reasonable prices! We had their bbq ribs, coleslaw, scalloped mashed potatoes, and Apple crumble pie. It was an absolute taste bud party. Everything we have ordered from here has been wonderful! Tonight we enjoyed the stuffed chicken breast, marinara, pasta, salad and M&M cookie bars. It was all delicious and I ordered for 4 since I had 3 people to feed. We got 2 boxes with chicken and pasta (3 chicken breast each) and 2 big salads! Enough for dinner tomorrow as well! Well, finally made it there and Boy were we pleasantly surprised at the food portions and exceptional homemade taste from the homemade chicken salad to the fresh lettuce and veggies to the truly best potato soup I’ve had! !!!! Let me start by saying this was my first time at Lou Lou’s. We’re in the middle of quarantine but that doesn’t stop them! After following all of the specials posted every day on Facebook, we decided to finally try it . THANK GOODNESS WE DID! Tonight we tried both the meatloaf meal and the chicken salad. The chicken salad was good but that meatloaf.... I would sell off 2 out of the 3 of my kids for that meatloaf. I don’t think I can ever make a meatloaf again because my husband and I would be so unimpressed by my cooking after having Lou Lou’s! Oh and are you wondering about portion sizes? Don’t fret, this place offers plenty per serving! Also, I can not thank Lou Lou’s enough for the free mac and cheese offered with meals. That’s all my kids live on (parent of the year right here) so throwing that at them while we inhaled our meal was awesome! Oh, that Mac and cheese is amazing as well... I might have mooched some from the kids! I just wanted to leave a review saying today may be our first time at Lou Lou’s but it won’t be the last. Date night: 3 course dinner from Lou Lou's. I can not say enough good things about this company. Everything we had was sooo good and they makeit very easy to practice safe social distancing. I highly recommend checking out this place and getting an order ASAP! First course: Fresh chopped salad with swiss cheese, plenty of BACON, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and house made ranch, which was so good, I could drink. Second course: Prime Rib and garlic smashed potatoes. The meat was tender, juicy and barely fit on my plate. Potatoes were super garlicky, but in a good way and even the horseradish cream was amazing. Third course: This was a cherry, chocolate bread pudding that I will dream about. My husband told me to write "you have not lived, until you have eaten this dessert". It was soooo good. I also want to say I had a Southern Belle burger 3 weeks ago and I have literally not stopped thinking about it. It’s the white chocolate and strawberry. This place is exactly what Alexandria needed. I also love their sense of community.
