I’ve been here for several different services. Everyone of them exceeding my expectations. Lindsay runs an amazing candlelight yoga. She’s got an expertise in catering to both beginner and advanced yogis. Kahlia ran a different type of yoga (the name now escapes me). It was holding poses for extended periods of time. Being the inflexible person I am, Kahlia gave me the attention I needed to find modified positions to hold. Both yoga experiences left me wanting more because of how good I felt afterwards. Finally, my massage experiences with the owner, Kim. She books up quick and for good reason. I schedule 3 months in advance to force myself to practice some self care. I really believe she has magic hands. She does so well at explaining the physical and spiritual side of the healing she practices. I may not understand some of the things she does, but I can’t dispute the way I feel after leaving Lotus. Take the time. Spend the money. You’re worth it. More...
