Donna is a master at her craft and her team is equally as talented. It is evident that she poured her entire being into building a foundation of a first class salon & spa! The staff goes out of their way to explain exactly what they are doing and why they are taking the steps they are. I love that they advise you on what works for your individual hair. Obviously all hair photos look great online or in a book but everyones hair is different and unique in it's own way so they really help explain what would be the best version of your vision so it works for you. Its refreshing to know that they wont just do something to get you in and out not to mention spend A LOT of money and then 3 days later your hair looks like crap... I know we have all been there and immediately wished that someone would have tried to stop you! At the end of the day if you cant trust your stylist, who can you trust?! So go.... I have been going to this salon for quite sometime now, and Danielle’s (my stylist) attention to detail is incredible. I can not tell you how happy I get when it’s time to go back in for more services! I want to also acknowledge Donna (the owner), who is as equally incredible! This week my sister had her Sr. prom, and she made an appointment with another well known salon- and she left her appointment in a frantic mess because of having to have her hair corrected, and still have time finish getting ready with her makeup. I called Lotus and the staff immediately said bring her in! When I tell you my sister lit up with relief when Donna sat her in her chair is an understatement! — keep in mind Donna’s other amazing clients willing & patiently sat aside while she worked her magic! If you want to feel amazing I highly recommend Lotus and Donna. I visited for the first time on Tuesday for a haircut after reading all these amazing reviews. Donna explained what cut would work best for me, saved my length and made my hair feel amazing again. I returned to her yesterday since she recommended that she could help me with the bad acne and cysts on my face due to a lupus breakout and connective tissue disorder. I never expected to leave there with results better than I went in with her treatment. I will need more facial treatments but nothing worse than turning 20 and reliving your teen breakout stage again. Took my daughter for a cut and color. Her hair was so extremely damaged she was prepared for losing inches and getting minimal color. Not only did Donna save most of her length, but her color is perfect. She explained the importance of “hair care” and even showed her ways to style it without damaging it. She has a follow up appointment set up in a few weeks to continue getting her hair back to a healthy state. A+!!!! Was incredibly skeptical about getting my eyebrows microbladed. After much consideration, I decided to see Toni at Lotus Salon and wow! !! Best decision I have made in a while. The salon is absolutely adorable, decorated and very clean. The ladies who work there were also very nice! Toni was incredibly professional, answering every question I had and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everything is measured out and corrected so you get the perfect brows.
