How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is extremely important. Food is our fuel. We discuss diet with our clients and also have Dietitians and Nutritionists that we work with for referrals if needed.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the seeing the transformation and healing that happens within our clients. I love just being there! It is so peaceful and has such great energy all around.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted there to be a sanctuary for people to heal with caring providers that can collaborate so the patient/client can heal mind, body, and soul.

Hypnotherapy can be done remotely. It is just the same as it would be in person, using the sound of the providers voice. It is a deep relaxation and done via Zoom. The link will be sent to you.
