The food was insanely good. The service was on point. Our server never missed a beat and did not hesitate to offer suggestions. The food was bursting with flavor. This is not Tex-Mex food. This is authentic Mexican food. The owner told us this is how the food is made in Mexico City. The food is not smothered in cheese or other sauces. The presentation of the food was classic and clean. My waiter offered to explain the menu and made recommendations. The food came out quickly, mind you it was a Wednesday afternoon. I am a Mexican food fanatic and have been to many restaurants, but this one has the most unique menu! I ordered the machetes which came with a choice of 2 Meats. I heard you could get birria quesatacos here so I had to try it out...they are incredible! I can't believe there are so few reviews. Super nice staff, I got carry out and the restaurant was very clean and everyone I saw was masked. Also got al pastor tacos and queso fundido, everything was delicious. My hubby and I had our Valentine's dinner here last night, and it was our first time to try this place. The drinks were great, food was amazing and the owners/staff were so kind! Awesome food and drinks. If you're wanting generic and dare I say boring Mexican food, this is not the place for you. This place is a new favorite of my family. The machetes are my wife and daughter's favorite and I absolutely love their huaraches. I hate beans, like I HATE them and their huaraches have them. This is authentic Mexico City food.
