My first contact with Gregory from Los Luceros Catering was a pleasant experience. He emailed me my estimate and also sent me a menu of additional food items that they prepare. I selected the Taco menu and added the Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs for my guests. The food was all prepared on site and was excellent. As the party was over, Gregory had cleaned up and left the area as there hadn’t been a party. His pricing is affordable for what we received. My family and guests could not stop talking about good the food was. I will definitely be rehiring Los Luceros Catering for my next event. More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
With the help of my client. Each person/client has a different understanding of what category a food item falls under and what type of event is being estimated for.
What do you love most about your job?
It most enjoyable for me to see how much the events guests enjoy what has been served to them and the smiles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was younger in my life my Father encouraged me to go to school for what I enjoyed. He helped me get a degree in Culinary Arts. Sometimes life gets in the way of what one truly loves to do. Now that I am older, I can put my degree to work for me and my family. I thank my Father for inspiring me to start this journey.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is definitely a hard question to answer. Just like anything else one purchases, they are taking a chance on them to provide excellent customer service and excellent food items to be served to them and their quests. These are the two priorities we strive for.

All servers have latest/current vaccinations, all servers wear gloves, and server can wear mask per client request.
