I've been suffering from back pain for more than one year. Tried getting massages but they never helped. I only tried them once (yesterday) and it was like the best decision I' ve ever made. Not only that I felt relaxed...the pain was gone. I will definitely come back to get my regular massage here. Adam, you are very professional and you definitely know what you're doing. Really enjoyed my visit last week with the owner and operator, Adam.  He took his time in explaining the probable cause of my pain and how his technique could assist in providing comfort and a decrease of pain.  I had the medical massage, which I would highly recommend for anyone who has an office job, continuous pain or knots in any area of their body.  I am a student, a worker, a runner and an overall active person.  This often does not leave a lot of time for me to stretch and recondition my body after a long week of activities. My neck and shoulders knots felt much "looser" and not as tight afterwards. As it has taken a year or more for these aches and knots to form;  it will also take a few more visits to  fully release these tensions.  I will be back soon and looking forward to it. More...

First of all it is awesome how late this place is open. I work a very hectic schedule and this is by far the most convenient experience I' ve had scheduling an appointment, a last minute change in my appointment time was even accommodated with grace and politeness. I even forgot my glasses when I left and he called me and let me know right away so I could get them immediately. When I arrived it was clean and smelled pleasant and I was greeted by Adam who was very kind and helpful, we discussed some of the pain I experience on a daily basis and decided a medical massage was best to suit my needs. Adam is very knowledgeable about the human body and does a fantastic job communicating  with you to pinpoint your problem areas together and address them. He uses special medicinal oils from China for the massage that penetrate the skin and soothe the muscles, the effects of the oils combined with adam's acupressure/hot stone/relaxing Medical Massage following your meridians enhances the healing tenfold, it is immediately noticeable, as Adam says, he is here to help you feel better. I will definitely be returning to see Adam to work on the knots and  blockages he discovered and address more problem areas. I felt like a new woman when I stepped off of that table, I swear I am walking differently. Sometimes when you are in pain because you are working too hard or recovering or etc. therapeutic massage can be painful at times during and after but it is breaking down the poor tangled fibers in your muscles that build up and cause pain in order to heal you and help you feel better! Today I was in so much pain from a pulled muscle in my neck. I called and Adam was  able to get me in on Super Bowl Sunday! ! I had the 60 min Medical Massage with acupressure and hot stones . I have a right shoulder injury that healed months ago but this week it was re injured somehow and I cannot explain the pain I was in. For a full week it felt like my whole arm was on fire and I could feel the muscles tense up and not let go. I tried one massage at another spot in Ontario and it did nothing for me- i knew I needed to find someone knew about muscle anatomy. I tried my luck again with Adams medical massage and MY GOODNESS, it was like he knew exactly where to put the pressure in order to relieve my 7/10 pain. His hard work on my knots with the amazing medical oil truly gave me relief that I thought I wouldn't be able to find for weeks, as my shoulder usually takes a month to heal and be less tense. I am so happy to have found Adam at Healthy Acu Massage!  We had been with our previous massage therapist for four years.  He knew exactly how to treat my children  and I, as we are all runners .  Unfortunately, he retired.  I tried a few other massage therapist but haven't found anyone comparable.  They all seemed to just  do full body  massages. While searching again I came across Adam.  His website stated that he offered the exact services that I was looking for.  I contacted him via text at the number on his website.  He immediately got back to me.  He answered all of my questions.  I set up an appointment for the following day.  The location was easy to find.  Upon entering I noticed how clean and bright the office was.  Adam greeted us promptly.  The appointment was for my daughter who was feeling some glute pain while running.  He talked to her about her concerns.  He then walked us to the room.  Thee room was spacious, quiet, and very clean.  He asked for me to stay with her.  She received a 1-hour medical massage which focused on the area that was causing pain. I received a chair massage for tense shoulders and an aching neck.  They were fabulous!  We scheduled a follow-up appointment with Adam to retreat my daughter.  She was very happy with her treatment.  We will definitely be returning.  The prices are reasonable for the services received.Thanks Adam! Adam is the best - he's a wonderful masseuse and also a great person. His massages are much more effective and helpful than other places. He really finds knots and problems and works them out. If you want a massage that will actually help you feel better, come here. He's super easy to communicate with. It's clean and safe as well and the prices are fair. This is my first visiting here. The spa inside looks new and it is warm and comfortable. I got a Swedish Style and Hot stone combination Massage with Lily tonight, she is so nice and professional. My back was so tight. I felt so relaxed when she pushed hot stone on my back. And she gave me 20 percent off since my first visit. I definitely will be back next time. More...
