We loved our stay here :) Beautiful grounds, great service, great location. Rooms are a bit outdated and there were no blankets for the pull out couch, but other than that everything was great.

This is the nicest of the five associated properties that I have stayed at which include Orlando Summer Bay Resort, Breckenridge Marriott condos, Gatlinburg Town Square, and Kona-Kailhua Sea Village Resort in Hawaii but even this property is not elegant - just very nice.

If you know this is what you are getting it is not a big deal still would be nice to have complete kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and there is a full health club gym with free exercise classes daily. That is the main reason I keep coming back to this resort that plus the salt water pool. The main glitch this time involved the concierge desk. It was not possible to call them directly and messages left did not get return R if they did not quickly. I was told they had discount coupons for the spaw and to stop by and pick up the appropriate package. When I stopped by I was told that discount coupons could only be obtained by calling the 800 corporate number. I called the corporate number and was told even after the person checked with her supervisor at that corporate does not give spa discounts that those are to be obtained on the property. All the other times I've been here it was easy to pick up a discount coupon for the spa from the concierge so I know they exist but so far this trip I've been unable to obtain one. This mall is nice and the treatments are relaxing and effective but pricey so I have come to count on the discount coupon really not worth it if I can not get the coupon More...

I had my wedding there in April of 2018. I was determined to have an outdoor wedding and this venue was perfect. The staff there was accommodating, nice, and very helpful with everything, especially the VP of Marketing and Events Kyli when it came to wedding questions.
