Using technology allows us to recruit true leaders while allowing them to remain where they call home whether that is in our backyard or across the country. We were using technology to distance work before the pandemic because that is who we are. Writers, designers, photographers, editors that share a vision of being the best.
We do have a beautiful office and studio space that is a beautiful mid-century modern look based in Wisconsin. The agency Founder/owner and myself are the only team that regularly come in.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We generally do not have many clients come to our studio so the Covid-19 safety has not been a major concern for us.
If we do send a small team (2 people) on location we will abide by any protocols requested by the client.
