I take into consideration their age. fitness level, prior injury history and fitness goals to script a 90 day program. Likewise, I determine if they are feeding their body the proper nutrients it needs to repair and recover from one workout to the next.

Most have the same dream and that is to lean up and feel more energy or what I call feel 20 years younger. The secret to your success is your will. My clients succeed because the stick to their program and put in the time to train and eat right. I make sure to draw attention to the “little wins” that bring change to our lives.

Although there is much science to study, training is still very much an art. Understanding my clients personalities, diet, motivation, desires, and will determines their success. What I love most about my job is when I begin to help a person see real change and begin feeling young again.

As a Physical Therapist, I have been limited to working on body parts and not bodies. Insurance and licensing regulations have precluded me from being able to work on my patients overall body and health. As a personal trainer, however, I’m no longer restricted by regulations. I can work with my clients freely to achieve their health and fitness goals.

As a Physical Therapist in my 50s, I understand your body. My goal is to use my advanced degree in Exercise Physiology, my 26 plus years in Physical Therapy and my knowledge in diet and nutrition to safely reshape your body. I will never put your body in jeopardy of injury nor will I take more than what your body will give me. I look forward to getting to know you as a genuine friend and forming a long term client trainer relationship.

I am maticulous in making sure all machines are sanitized in my gym from one patient/client to the next. I want all my clients to feel safe when working with me. I will wear a mask if they request.

I specialize in:
Orthopedic rehabilitation which includes post surgeries such as total knees and hips, spinal fusions, spinal laminectomies, etc. I also treat athritic conditions of any joint. I specialize in shoulder, neck and low back conditions and work woth Golf and Baseball Athletes. If you have a prescription from your Doctor, I can see you. I take most insurances and would love to serve you.

I specialize in:
Working with individuals over the age of 50 who are wanting to stay in shape but have certain illness or injuries preventing them from training the way they once did. Because of my knowledge as a licensed Physical Therapist, I adjust each workout to the needs of your body to prevent injury. Unlike most personal trainers who try to modify the exercise, I evaluate the exercise to make sure it is the right one for you. Finally, I am 56 y/o myself, so l can relate.

As a Certified Titleist Performance Institute instructor, I work with scratch golfers 50 and above who are experiencincing a decline in power. I screen to identify where the power loss is coming from, then prescribe the necessary exercises to get that power back. I am not a Golf pro and do not offer instruction. Instead, I work to show you where you body is resticted or week causing you to compensate and lose power. Usually, with a few exercises, you are back on your game.

Aches and pains throughout you body can be relieved with Body Work. Body Work is a unique blend of therapeutic massage cuppled with sretch techniques to relieve your body of tension and restore your bodies youthful flexibility.

America is plagued by poor health. Poor health can be traced to your bodies ability to digest the nutrients it needs to repair and replace cells. From our environment to the food we eat, our bodies are fighting pollutants called free radicals. We call this oxidative stress and it causes our bodies to prematurely age. Obesity is a sure sign your body is struggling to extract the nutrients ot needs to maintain a healthy body. By addressing your eating habits, I can restore your health.
