Claudia is a very professional and kind office manager. She has been a huge help and is a great communicator. I was once quite frustrated and she alleviated all of my concerns. She's a huge plus to the company. Cleaning wise- Lollimaids has always done a great job with my house. I then received service from Almeda and Jesus-- they are the best cleaners I've ever had. Not only do they clean, they help reorganize and pay attention to small details. They treated my home like their own. They cleaned my house after we moved out of it to get it ready to put on the market.  They did a great job and they were very friendly.  Everything is very clean, including the inside of the fridge!  I highly recommend them!  We had a different company clean the house that we were moving into, and they did not do such a great job.  They missed several places and a whole closet/room.  I wish I could have used Lolli Maids for that house too, but it was too big.  You won't be disappointed!  I looked through my emails to see if I could find my teams name, and I cannot.  If I find it, I'll update this we view. I've had my apartment cleaned 3 times by Lollimaids and they've done a great job each time.  I didn't love the chemical smell left behind after the last cleaning but other than that I've been very pleased.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Great cleaning service! I booked Lolli Maids to clean a house we were about to move into. They arrived on time (actually early, but the office did call me to let me know) and did a very thorough job. The garage was in pretty bad shape but they made it look as clean as it possibly could. The Move-In/Move-Out option is definitely worth it as they cleaned inside all appliances and cabinets, wiped all windows and doors, and truly made the house move-in ready! I used Lolli Maids for the first time after moving to a new house. We had nearly finished our unpacking and had been in the house for about 3 weeks, so it was pretty dirty. The maids were professional, timely, thorough and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had placed some toys and things on my children's shelves while unpacking but the shelves were a complete mess. The maids even organized the shelves. I couldn't believe it! The 3 person crew assigned to do my move out did a wonderful job. The only thing missed was a tiny, (and very strangely located) windowsill, and a set of $5 mini blinds got broken while being dusted. I have worked with many other, much better known companies, that left dust behind or just didn't clean something. This is by far the best and least expensive company I have dealt with. I booked Lolli Maids for a deep cleaning. Unfortunately due to severe flooding they were not able to make it out to my home to do the service. They notified me early and tried their best to work with my schedule to come up with another date to come out. I was not able to reschedule at this time but I appreciate the effort. I have used this service for regular cleaning as well as for move in and move out cleanings over the past two years.  They did my final move out cleaning two weeks ago. They are a conscientious and hardworking team at all levels.  And they are also very reasonable in their pricing. Due to my faulty memory, I cannot remember all of the names of my cleaning teams.  Christopher, Claudia, Bridgette and Glenna are just a few the folks that I have dealt with; all have been courteous, helpful and diligent.   I am very sorry to say that since I have moved out of state I will no longer be able to hire them. I need house cleaning service so badly since my dogs are shedding so much and I have a 11 mos little one. My house is so messy The maid service I used to work with haven't been doing good job so I went with Lolli Maids. I'm really happy about their work! The two ladies did a great job cleaning especially the kitchen and bathroom. Considering how much dog furs we have inside of the house, they handed over a really neat house to us. I was impressed and happy! Though I was hoping they could wear my shoe covers inside of the house as I'm Asian and we do not wear outside shoes at home... Just a life habit thing. They wear my shoe covers in the rooms where have carpets (I believe). When I gave them the covers they were not very happy doing it but I had that written on my notes. So they should not be surprised. Overall I'm happy with the service and will continue using them! Just hope next time they can accommodate my habit of no shoes in house :) More...

Originally, I was not fully satisfied with my cleaning. I requested a deep cleaning, but it seemed that there was a miscommunication with the individual who did the booking and the maid. I was disappointed, but understood. Lolli Maids requested my feedback and IMMEDIATELY responded to my less than 100% satisfaction. They sent a team out that same day to re-do the job and complete the tasks I had originally requested.I really appreciate Lolli Maid's commitment to do right by their customers. I am only docking them a star because it seems that there is a disconnect between their booking system and the maids, which wound up costing me more time than I had orignially signed up for.
