I was struggling to find someone to design my business logo. I tried couple of logo designers but did not like any of the logos they designed. Then a friend told me about Eddy from logo invention. I have used Logo Invention Services for my e-commerce business set up and very impressed with the dedication and support I received. Eddy has been in contact with me every day and almost 24/7 available to answer my questions. The project was fast, very professionally handled and it made me feel like they were working on their own business for my shop; very friendly and caring. My request of theme had been created so quickly and I was offered many choices; all were beautifully designed exactly how I wanted. The worst experience I’ve ever had , Eddie will say exactly the same as he did with the other bad review he had , they told me they could do my website I was happy. Initial design yes was ok but functionality lots missing and lots of changes I asked for not even done , Eddie called me and told me my website was finished this was a lie it was far from finished you click on different parts of the website it takes you back to the original website they copied things missing , added parts I never mentioned , it’s shocking , demanding money after I paid in full , money back guarantee is lies , they told me that they fully understood everything they didn’t , took my money told me 2-3 weeks to finish the website , and took 4 months to not even close to finishing website , Eddie is rude as hell I have a recording of him I’ll be using in court of him demanding money even tho I had paid in full ,he had no reason to ask for more money but wanted 500 or more this is for the back end work he said , but I had already paid in full I said he still tried to get more money , then he said it’s ok he will pay it himself it’s fine , I was shocked by his behaviour , how can a company do this

I paid 1790 ,
90 was for a website to be added to a server they failed at That I asked a refund they said no even tho they didn’t do that job ,
300 for a server that they never even put my company on refused refund , and website that’s not how I asked lots of missing features looks absolutely terrible i couldn’t start a business with the website it was embarrassing,

I asked for a partial refund 50% back they even refused that ,

Yes there was a lot of work to do over a 100 revisions but that’s what you expect when they just copied someone’s website in USA ,

I will be taking you to court ,
Fake office in U.K. ,
They have workers in India 🇮🇳 we’re they send there work to be done ,

Worst experience I’ve had with a web company

So at logo inversion , firstly I was told it was logo invension , after finding out there is all different business accounts they are using it was quite concerning , he understood my project and would make me the best website better than what I showed him , after taking my money 1300 he told me it would take 28 days , it didn’t take 28 days , they didn’t listen or do as I asked , I sent in pictures and documents and still couldn’t do as I asked , it took 3 months later then I get a call saying website is finished I go to check it it’s far from finished , I called him back he said sorry sir I will fix this , they then stated rushing to try and finish the website doing things completely different to what I had asked , I then get a call about the back end of the website demanding me to pay him more money after I had already paid him in full 1300 , , I then arranged a dedicated server with him for 3 years , 1 paid 300 up front and never put my website on there so I had a server with no websites , so I asked to put my other company on there I sent him the files and 90 pounds he was unable to put my webiste on the server I said to him he why ? He siad he needed something from my original web man , he was incorrect he didn’t no what he was doing , so I told him I would use another server with my brother as if if the files was uploaded and lost I would lose my website ,
After a money back guarantee they have twisted an email to try get out of refunding me
