What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer full cycle accounting services that include: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Account Reconciliation, Sales Tax filings, Quarterly Financial Reports, Key Performance Indicator analysis, and more! In addition, we work with our CPA to have tax advice, preparation, and filing offered to our clients which makes us a "one stop shop" for all of your accounting needs!

By using Gusto as our payroll processing company, we have been able to help our clients experience how simple and stress-free it can be to remain compliant with payroll law + while ensuring all areas related to HR and employee satisfaction are met!
Accounts Receivable
Through Quickbooks Online - we have worked with our clients in a timely fashion so as to bring in revenue as soon as possible! We specialize in setting up and managing Square accounts or the e-payment setting in Quickbooks Online to facilitate faster payment turnarounds + cater to the needs of customers today to have other payment options outside of checks and cash.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
By reconciling our clients bank accounts on a monthly basis, we have been able to set up a timeline that ensures that any + all unusual or suspicious transaction activity is brought to the attention of the business owner for further clarity and action. We also pride ourselves on only asking for VIEW ONLY ACCESS to our client's bank accounts to ensure our clients that we only access the information that we need to complete our reconciliation.

We love our CPA! He's patient + explanatory - the two things any non-accountant wants out of an accountant. Our CPA works to educate our client's on what tax positions would be best for them and consistently has proven to be up-to-date with the plethora of tax code updates.
