Loftie Spaces and Events is an amazing, unique and a genius model of what an Airbnb should be like. My husband and I rented a Loftie 1 bedroom space for a stay-cation in Peoria. The owners were fantastic communicators and the space is SO CUTE. The location is awesome as you’re walking distance from some of our favorite Peoria restaurants (carry out or dine in - super close!!) and the best tattoo shop in the state. The price is right and the location can’t be beat. Easily a place we would stay at again and will recommend to others for both long and short term stays. More...

I rented one of LSE’s one-bedroom apartments for a full day of photo shoots. From my initial tour of the building to booking to the day of our photoshoots, Tia & her team were MORE than accommodating (pretty sure a couple clients lost their way & Tia was nice enough to show them where to go too! Thanks for looking out, girl!). The rooms are all outstanding, you wouldn’t even believe you’re in Peoria; they’re that luxurious! The space worked wonderfully for several different types of photoshoots & no extra lighting was even needed! I look forward to coming back to Loftie for both business & pleasure! More...
