TCC is an incredible family run business that I highly recommend! I was traveling and mostly out of cell coverage during the week I needed to pay for my whole beef and they were willing to wait until I was home from camping! Not only was that incredible customer service, the beef itself is delicious. I've used Gary @ Wakefields to process home raised pork in the past, so I was happy to see their beef butchered there.
